Linka is an AI-powered virtual pet image creation application developed by RuLinka. The app allows users to upload images and provide imaginative descriptions to generate creative, fictional pet images. By using Linka, you agree to the practices described below.
Linka is built as a creative image generation tool, not an identification, biometric, or social platform.
We do not attempt to understand who users are, and we do not build user profiles.
All data processing is limited to completing the image generation task requested by the user.
Linka does not engage in any form of facial data processing.
Specifically:

· We do not conduct facial analysis

Any faces that may appear in uploaded images are treated as general visual content only and are never analyzed for identity or personal characteristics.

The AI system treats all images as anonymous visual input.
Linka follows a minimal and temporary data handling model:
· Original images and generated images are stored locally on the user’s device, where applicable
· These images are accessible only to the user through the app interface
· Users may delete generated images at any time, and once deleted, the data is permanently removed from the device
Any temporary processing data required to complete image generation (such as intermediate files) is:
· Used only during active processing
· Automatically cleared immediately after processing is completed

No user action is required to remove temporary processing data.
Text descriptions provided by users (for example, creative pet concepts or features) are used only to guide the image generation process.

Once the generation process is completed, prompt-related processing data is discarded.
Linka collects and processes only the following limited categories of information:
